Blueprint the hidden work behind calm

Create a service blueprint lens for a spa guest journey by separating guest actions, frontstage actions, backstage actions, support processes, and evidence.

The move: map the calm, then map what makes the calm possible. A service blueprint is not a prettier checklist. It is a dependency map. In a spa, guests see robes, lighting, welcome language, therapist confidence, and room readiness. They do not see laundry cycles, POS notes, product staging, maintenance tickets, or break coverage.
