Diagnose a spa service issue using the five RATER dimensions instead of vague satisfaction language.
The move: stop treating "guest experience" as one bucket. SERVQUAL's RATER dimensions split service quality into five lenses: reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. In a spa, that means a complaint about "the room" might be about physical evidence, trust, timing, or personal attention. The label changes the fix.
