Use a quick airtime audit to decide who needs to be invited before a meeting decision.

The team is close to approving the roadmap, but the data pipeline owner has not spoken. Airtime audit: decision owners -> spoken on this decision -> missing relevant voice -> named invitation The common shortcut is to ask "any other thoughts?" That sounds inclusive but often lets the fastest voices answer again. Map owners List who owns the decision inputs: Product, Sales, Engineering, Data, Support.
