Build the activation logic chain before launch week

Draft a simple inputs-activities-outputs-outcomes chain for a sponsor activation.

The sponsorship logic model A sponsor activation is a small program. Program evaluation thinking helps you make the impact theory visible. Inputs are the resources: fee, rights, staff, venue access, creative, data, and partner support. Activities are what you do with those inputs: host a demo, run a roundtable, sample a product, publish content, train ambassadors, or collect leads. Outputs are immediate evidence: attendance, scans, meetings, posts, dwell time, completed surveys. Outcomes are the business or perception changes the sponsor actually cares about.
