Run a lightweight after-action review after a meaningful support-quality miss. Pick a real support-quality situation such as a reopened ticket, a failed promise, a low QA score, or a handoff that required avoidable back-and-forth. When a support-quality miss meets my trigger, I will open my AAR note and write four lines before ending my shift: 1) what was supposed to happen, 2) what actually happened, 3) why there was a difference, and 4) one sustain-or-change action for the next time.
