Percent of Total That Should Not Move

A table calculation percent of total is computed from the current view. When a dimension filter removes marks, the denominator changes. That is right for “share of currently selected items,” but wrong for “share of company total.” A FIXED LOD can define the denominator independently of the view’s dimensions and can be computed before ordinary dimension filters. The mechanism is separating the numerator’s visible slice from the denominator’s intended scope.
