Commit to one specific stretch design

Commit to designing one real stretch assignment with explicit rails.

Choose one talent-development situation that is actually on your calendar or staffing horizon: the next roadmap review, a recovery project, a customer escalation workstream, a monthly business review section, or a talent-review nomination. The stretch should be specific to talent development. Pick a real employee, a real opportunity, and a real capability target rather than a generic promise to delegate more someday. Draft the commitment in this form: "[Name] will own [specific stretch workstream or forum] to build [target capability]. They will escalate when [risk boundary].
