Review an IDP in under two minutes

Quickly evaluate whether an IDP is concrete enough to drive development.

What are the four minimum parts of a strong IDP? Target capability, current evidence gap, next development reps, review date. Leave out any one of these and the plan usually becomes harder to execute or evaluate. Which line belongs in the IDP?
