Treat 70-20-10 as a portfolio, not a ratio

Use 70-20-10 to balance experience, coaching, and formal learning in one development plan.

70-20-10 works best as a portfolio lens, not a compliance rule. Managers often hear the model and immediately ask, "Do I really need exactly 70, 20, and 10?" That is the wrong question.
