RAPID recall What does RAPID separate in a decision? Recommend, Agree, Perform, Input, and Decide. Use it when many stakeholders affect one decision and closure keeps slipping. Compare RACI or RAPID: which one fits? If the issue is "who approves this decision," RAPID is usually sharper. If the issue is "who owns this deliverable," RACI is usually enough.
