Use a quick reference to choose tone moves for bad news, requests, corrections, and praise.
Bad news The reader may worry there is more behind the message. Use when you are sharing a delay, miss, error, or constraint. Your line Name the hard fact, bound the impact, give owner and next checkpoint. Do not lead with "no worries" or "small issue" when the reader owns the risk.
