Find the real reason the shelf went empty
Use 5 Whys to identify a process cause behind a toy stockout and define a better countermeasure.
The art-kit shelf is empty, but the POS says eight units are on hand. Three customers asked for it in one hour. 5 Whys follows the cause chain until the countermeasure can fix the process, not just the symptom.
