Deliver a worked example that gradually transfers responsibility from trainer to learner.
Worked-example fading Show Present a complete job-like example with the finished output. Reveal Explain the cues and decisions that produced the output. Fade Remove support gradually so learners take over one decision at a time. Try Ask for independent performance with feedback. Show a complete escalation note: “Customer blocked on SSO; renewal risk; owner: IT admin; next step: escalate to Support by 3 p.m.” Learners see the target artifact before juggling all decisions.
