Translate a training request into a performance objective, evidence of success, and delivery design choices.
ADDIE’s value is not that every project must be slow or linear. Its value is that it forces the trainer to answer the right questions before delivery. Analyze: what problem, learner, context, and evidence? Design: what objective, sequence, practice, and assessment? Develop: what materials and examples? Implement: what delivery conditions and facilitation plan? Evaluate: what happened and what changes?
