Quick deck: if-then bias interruptors
Recall a small set of trigger-action moves for common bias moments at work.
If someone uses a vague trait like "not polished enough"... Then ask: "Which behavior are you referring to, and which role standard does it affect?" This turns a bias-prone label into a request for evidence. If a candidate is becoming the favorite because they felt easy in the room...
