Rewrite the review so it can be defended
Rewrite vague performance language into observable, role-relevant feedback.
A manager has written a review comment that sounds insightful but is too vague to coach fairly or defend rigorously. Turn the label into a visible pattern, then tie that pattern to the role standard. The common trap is softening the adjective instead of replacing the adjective.
