Use FMEA before the baler fails at peak

Use a simple FMEA to prioritize preventive controls for a baler failure risk.

The fiber baler jams during afternoon surge. Maintenance, sorting, and operations each propose a different fix. FMEA: prioritize failure modes by severity, occurrence, and detectability The loudest recent failure is not automatically the highest risk.
