Triage a failed visual inspection

Respond to a failed visual weld inspection by classifying defect, containing the batch, and selecting a preventive control.

Inspection Several brackets fail visual inspection with different surface flaws. The team wants to rework fast and move on. If every flaw becomes just bad weld, the process learns nothing.
