Each lens asks a different question about what shapes wellbeing at work. Physical Work Environment Are tools, equipment, space, ergonomics, safety practices, heat, noise, or travel creating strain? A wellbeing program cannot out-train a physical hazard. Psychosocial Work Environment Are workload, role conflict, low control, poor relationships, poor change communication, or unfairness creating stress?
