Map customer-facing and backstage route steps before deciding whether capacity or coordination is the bottleneck.
The route is a service system, not a list of addresses. A service blueprint shows how the customer experience is produced by visible and invisible work. In window cleaning, that distinction matters because the customer judges a clean appointment, but lateness often begins before the truck leaves.
