Apply WCAG's perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust lens to wireframe decisions.
Use POUR while the layout is still movable. Accessibility decisions often change structure: where instructions sit, how errors are grouped, whether a gesture has an alternative, and how focus travels through a page.
