A. Right: evidence-based levels fix the measurement system instead of arguing about confidence. B. Weaker: self-assessment can inform the picture, but without evidence it overstates capability. C. Weaker: training everyone is expensive and ignores which skill gaps matter most. D. Weaker: arbitrary deflation may look tougher, but it still lacks behavioral evidence.
