The move: think range, not statue. Neutral posture is a practical range where the body is not being forced into end positions for long periods. For computer work, the useful signals are simple: head facing forward, shoulders relaxed, elbows close, wrists straight, back supported, and feet supported. This works because posture is load plus time. A slightly bent wrist held for five seconds is usually not the same problem as the same wrist angle held through four hours of spreadsheet work.
