A QA analyst reaches to a side mouse, bends the wrist, angles the neck to a low monitor, and holds the posture through defect review. RULA separates upper limb, neck, trunk, muscle use, and force so a repeated posture can be prioritized for control. Do not say the RULA score proves an injury or that the worker caused the problem.
