Write a measurable learning objective with an action verb, workplace condition, and evidence of success.
The move: write for evidence, not intent. Bloom gives you a ladder of cognitive demand. Remembering a term, explaining a concept, applying a rule, analyzing a case, evaluating a trade-off, and creating a plan are different jobs. Good workplace objectives make the job visible.
