One Assertion Per Slide

Write slide titles as assertions backed by evidence.

A slide should make one claim well. When a deck feels crowded, the root problem is often not volume. It is that several messages are competing on the same canvas. Topic labels hide the point A title such as “Customer feedback” or “Roadmap” tells the room what general area it is in. It does not tell the room what conclusion to draw.
