Rebuild a KPI Slide That Tries to Say Three Things
Refactor a cluttered KPI slide into a clear assertion-plus-evidence layout.
The slide title is “Weekly KPIs.” Below it are four unrelated charts, a recommendation box, and eight bullets. The audience cannot tell whether the point is revenue momentum, support strain, or renewal risk. Pick the one business conclusion first. Then keep only the metrics that prove that conclusion and group them so the eye sees the structure immediately.
