Turn a Report Into a Decision Deck
Convert report material into a short decision-oriented presentation sequence.
A fifteen-page customer research report needs to become a nine-minute deck for the operating committee. The first draft simply copies section headings into slides, which makes the story feel long and report-like. Start from the meeting decision, not from the document outline. Each slide should answer one question the room must resolve on the path to that decision.
