Use Kano categories to explain tuition value without overloading families with features.
Do not defend every dollar. Explain the value architecture. Must-be value These are the non-negotiables: safe floors, reliable scheduling, trained teachers, clear policies, clean spaces, and child-safe procedures. Mention them briefly because they create trust. Performance value These are the reasons families feel the studio is worth more as quality improves: class progression, teacher feedback, student confidence, recital organization, small class ratios, or faster communication. Delight value These are memorable extras families did not strictly expect: a first-recital orientation, personalized welcome video, parent observation note, or photo spot.
