A senior stakeholder wants to skip diagnosis because the cause feels obvious. We already know the cause. The demo is too long, so let's stop overanalyzing and shorten it. I agree we should not let analysis slow action. Before we redesign every demo, let's protect the fix with one fast test: if demo length is the cause, shorter demos should improve completion and next-step rates within the same lead-quality segment.
