Do Not Ship Delighters Before Basics

Classify roadmap candidates as must-be, performance, delighter, indifferent, or reverse before prioritizing them.

Principle: Satisfaction depends on the type of need, not just the amount of work shipped. Kano Categories Must-be qualities are table stakes.
