Triangulate Pull, Shape, and Cost

Sequence prioritization by using opportunity scoring for pull, Kano for satisfaction shape, and RICE for delivery tradeoffs.

Principle: A strong roadmap call names the problem pull, satisfaction shape, and delivery tradeoff separately. Lens 1: Pull Opportunity scoring checks whether the customer outcome is important and underserved. It prevents teams from prioritizing the loudest solution request without testing the underlying need. Lens 2: Shape Kano checks the satisfaction behavior.
