Recall the core distinctions between vision, outcome, initiative, and task and use them in live planning conversations.

What is the job of a product vision? To define the future for a specific user and the business, not to list work. A good vision makes later trade-offs easier because it clarifies who the product is for and what problem matters most. Initiative or task?
