Use readiness categories to distinguish demo quality from production quality.
Production readiness is the evidence around the model. Six Readiness Surfaces A practical beginner score checks data, features, model behavior, deployment mechanics, monitoring, and rollback. Each surface asks a different question: Are inputs valid? Are transformations consistent? Does performance hold across important slices? Can we release safely? Will we notice degradation?
