Walk the Release Date Pressure

Choose release-pressure responses that preserve value while making schedule risk explicit.

Release pressure The demo date is fixed. A blocker defect, a cosmetic defect, an unfinished widget, and a migration approval are all competing for attention. The danger is treating all unfinished work as equal when only some of it decides the release.
