Prompt the decision, not the deck
Write AI deck prompts that start from the room, the decision, and the evidence instead of a vague request for slides.
The deck is not the job. The job is helping a room see enough evidence to make a decision. Start from the room A useful prompt names the audience and the decision pressure. “Leadership update” is still too broad. “VP Sales deciding whether to fund a new enablement sequence” is usable because it changes what belongs on slide one, what evidence matters, and what can wait for appendix.
