Keep Your Promise-Wiring Rules Handy
Recall the quick tests for whether a proposal promise is wired, softened appropriately, or too vague.
Proof test What question exposes whether a page-one promise is wired? “What proof would I show in the next 30 seconds if a reviewer challenged this line?” If the answer is fuzzy, the promise is probably too loose for the executive summary.
