Use Purpose-to-Practice to turn a vague meeting request into a designed session.
Agenda design starts before the agenda. Purpose: why gather at all? If the purpose is unclear, every agenda item will compete for meaning. The facilitator should be able to say what will be different after the meeting. Principles: how must we work? Principles are operating rules for the session. They tell the group what behavior the work requires: candor, evidence, inclusion, speed, experimentation, or consent. Participants: who changes the quality of the work?
