RCA Conversation Battlecards

Respond to common RCA objections with evidence-centered language.

This was just human error. The room wants to stop at the person nearest the defect. Your line Human action is where we saw it; root cause is where the process made that action likely or undetected. Human error is a label, not a countermeasure. It separates observation from cause. It protects the quality principle by moving the conversation from assertion to evidence and next action.
