Quality Is a Feedback Loop, Not Final Inspection
Explain how PDCA, root-cause analysis, and quality gates work together as one quality loop.
The reframe: quality is a learning system. Final inspection asks, Did we catch the bad output? A quality loop asks a stronger question: What did the process just teach us, and how will that learning change the next run? PDCA makes improvement small enough to learn Plan defines the expected result, the standard, the sample, and the measurement. Do runs the work in a controlled way.
