Use concise language to request recovery evidence in a backup review.
A stakeholder asks for backup status before an audit, launch, or customer review. We run nightly backups, so the audit answer should be fine. Nightly is useful. The stronger status is: where is the independent copy, how far back do versions go, and when did a restore test last pass? The response validates the useful part while moving the conversation to 3-2-1 independence, version retention, and recovery-test evidence. If no restore test exists, the line will expose a real gap.
