Recall FST What does FST stand for? Fact prompt Ask this to find the fact. What did you see or hear directly? It moves from conclusion to observation. Compare Which question tests without accusing? A fact-test is direct and disconfirmable. Objection But I know what is happening. Your line You may be right. Let us find the cleanest data point that could prove us wrong before you act. Do not dismiss the person’s read; make it testable. It preserves dignity and adds rigor.
