Make a Quarto parameter earn its keep

Parameterize a segment report without duplicating analysis logic. Quarto parameters are useful when the same analysis logic needs controlled variation. Not quite: duplication makes drift likely across filters, titles, and charts. 1. Declare the parameter Add YAML such as params: segment: "SMB".
