Use RACI at Event Handoffs

RACI turns event collaboration into explicit roles. Without it, every cross-functional deliverable becomes a negotiation at the worst possible moment. Use RACI only where ambiguity is costly: VIP handling, sponsor benefits, venue changes, safety decisions, program edits, guest communications, and final approvals. Responsible is who does the work. Accountable is the single owner who signs off. Consulted is who must provide input before the decision. Informed is who needs to know afterward.
