Map intake to first visit with RACI
Use RACI to clarify ownership across intake, scheduling, clinical review, and first-visit confirmation.
The move: separate doing, deciding, advising, and updating. RACI is simple, but the discipline is hard. Responsible is the person or role doing the task. Accountable is the person who must ensure the task is finished and acceptable. Consulted people give input before the task closes.
