Build a RACI for Surgery Morning
Create a RACI map for a cross-functional surgery-morning workflow.
Surgery morning has four critical gaps: consent status, estimate approval, pack readiness, and discharge timing. Everyone helps, but nobody owns readiness by 7:45 a.m. Use RACI to assign one accountable owner for each surgery-morning outcome, with responsible task doers, consulted decision contributors, and informed stakeholders.
