Use a risk-management loop to assess and prioritize workplace fire-safety issues.
Fire risk is contextual; treat the exposure that can defeat your objective now. The Teach ISO 31000 gives a general risk-management loop: establish context, identify risk, analyze likelihood and consequence, evaluate whether treatment is needed, treat the risk, then monitor and communicate. For fire safety, that means connecting each hazard to who is exposed, what objective is threatened, what controls already exist, and what decision is needed now.
