Scan by Question, Not by Tile
Use a decision question to choose which dashboard tiles deserve attention.
Do not tour the dashboard. Interrogate it. Start with the decision A dashboard review should begin with the decision or judgment at stake. Are we adding coverage, changing spend, escalating a risk, or learning whether last week's change worked? Without that question, visual salience chooses the agenda.
