Run A Ready-Car PDCA Loop
Use PDCA to improve a recurring ready-car delay with a small measurable experiment.
PDCA turns branch irritation into branch learning. The goal is not to find the perfect fix in a meeting; it is to test a small change against a clear measure. Plan Name the exact delay, the current count, the target count, and the one change you will test. A vague plan such as "improve cleaning" will not teach you anything. Do Run the change small enough that the branch can recover if it fails. Use one shift, one vehicle class, one lane, or one pickup wave. Check And Act Check the result against the target.
