Re-entry Is a Separate Meeting
Design a re-entry conversation with a clear opener, sequence, and decision boundary.
Do not restart at the point of impact. Restart at the process. A conflict timeout gives people a chance to regain capacity. It does not automatically give the conversation a new shape. If the group returns to the same question, same order, and same accusation, the body may heat up again almost immediately. Re-entry is the designed bridge between self-soothing and problem-solving.
